The multi-disciplinary team of SIPL comprises of experienced professionals with specialized knowledge of Restructuring of Debts, Resolution through ARC, Settlement through OTS with Financial Institutions including Distress Funding. SIPL provides integrated services for insolvency professionals, financial institutions, business houses and corporate clients from the first stage of financial stress to the final restructuring of the corporate entities. The team specializes in formulating Revival Plans on behalf of the stakeholders and other potential Resolution Applicants (for potential takeover/M&A) with respect to corporate entities undergoing the CIRP process. The team is adept in handling large and complex transactions in a timely manner. The team advises on navigating bankruptcies, acquisitions, debt restructurings, trading etc. The interdisciplinary approach enriched with experience enables a holistic representation to prospective investors.
